The only three names listed are:Sacha Baron CohenKen DavitianPamela AndersonIt's probably fair to say that many of the unwitting participants would object to being referred to as "cast" members. It's also fair to expect that some of them might be pleased to have been named. Would they have a right to demand recognition?
